Next up, a slightly larger house for the Gavigans!

Again, no CC, no sims, but the Gavigans are able to buy it with the money they have and still have 3000 or so to spare. (Costs around §31 000.)

This was great, especially since you didn't use any CC. I like to do that occasionally too.
I especially liked the LivingRoom and Kitchen area. The outside is really great too. Something for everyone in the house.

Thank you! :) I'm doing this in a separate game where I have no CC buy/build stuff (only hacks and default replacements), so I won't be tempted. ;)
