Again, no CC, no sims, but the Gavigans are able to buy it with the money they have and still have 3000 or so to spare. (Costs around §31 000.)
The house comes with a restoreable car, which fits both Mary's profile and her tinkering hobby. There's also a gaming system for little Isaiah, who has games as a hobby (amazing that you'd be able to connect it to that ancient TV!), and there's some plants around to accompany Nathan's nature hobby.
