Never annoy a cat. For Charis

'I am NOT a painting'
'I know'
'You tried to frame me!'
'It was a trick, a magic trick'
'I'll give you magic trick!'

The hissing cat-familiar turned into a very angry young man in front of the would-be street entertainer.  He really hadn't thought there'd be any harm, it was a harmless way to earn some much needed money, the non-magics got entertained, no one would suspect.  Trust his luck that the cat he chose was a familiar, they were known for only cooperating when it suited them.  It did not suit this one in the slightest.  It had stalked it's way to where he'd stashed his bag before spinning for retribution.

Ok.  A week as a painting wouldn't be that bad.  Marcus twitched his nose, some movement was allowed.  The familiar had definitely said a week.  This could be good, the wizard's he'd spotted threading through the crowd would never find him here.

Of course where the painting was hung could be a problem.  Marcus gave a silent groan as he gazed out of the paiting at the plush bedroom, he was hung in pride of place at the foot of a sumptuous bed.  All satin and fur and piles of cushions.  On top of it all sprawled a very naked, very amourous cat familiar in his human form.  His georgeous, lithe, smooth, supple, insatiable human form.

Yes.  His painted form had limited movement, parts of him were reacting with vigour.  There was nothing he could do but bite his painted lips and listen to the erotic groans filling the room.

It was going to be a very long week.
The longest.
