Been watching Constantine the tv series on amazon - hubby has prime I snag free viewing - kind of curious why they'd pick a Welsh actor and have him say he grew up in a part of England with a distinctive accent. Breaking from the comics to make him Welsh wouldn't have made such a big deal would it? His accent started a little odd but by the 5th episode is pure Welsh.
Ok I may now be watching it more to listen to him than any other reason, the sulty looks of the female (latino?) side-kick are annoying though, what is it with the head angling and kicked-pup eyes? And could we learn something about Chaz please?
Can kinda see why this series was cancelled after the first series.
Anyone recommend anything else I should peek at? Not watched any telly in an age.
