I don't know what the norm is, but I can tell you that I had my interview on April 2, received a call on April 9 from the director saying she had narrowed it down to three, would be contacting references and would let me know within a week. Ten days passed before she contacted any of my references. She called me back this Thursday, the 19th and said I would know by Friday. Then emailed me on Friday and promised to let me know on Monday. I am working on resignation. Exhaustion and hormonal turmoil is helping!

I guess what is worrying me, is the silence. I think it prolly means they chose someone else.
That seems to be the theme for me lately.. Being okay, no matter what.
