It was the "I'm hearing impaired, I live in a different state, I sent a check that was way over the amount we agreed, please Western Union the rest of the money to this account, I'll have my movers come pick it up" scam.
The sad part of it is that I would have never realized it was a scam - it was only because I got the same email twice that I realized we were being scammed. :|
Yep, I got that when I tried to sell my Wii. I was so excited and then they said that and I was like "Yeah, no." I googled it and realized they do this a lot.
I really can't stand craigslist, it was all over the news here that there was someone on there trying to sell a baby, and the mother of the baby didn't even know about it.
You think you were getting scammed, some asses stole a picture of this woman's baby and said he was going to be put up for adoption on , of course they were going to give those on craigslist first crack, I mean, scum isn't even the right word for them.
