We were trying to sell a few of our furniture pieces on craigslist and just realized we're being scammed.

Well, if you have a check and a return address I would think that'd be a lead for the police to track the jerks down. I can understand if it seems like too much trouble though. :(

We were looking at the check that they sent us and oh man, it looks real if you're not looking - the only thing that seemed to be missing was some sort of bank name or logo on the check. Then we realized that the check originated from Texas but the return address on the envelope was in California. Strange all around...
