Interestingly enough, all my guys have autoblockers, haha. Though it's of note that if she tries to scan Remy (this account), she'll get actual static.
In terms of Gabe, nothing comes to mind. I mean... it's kind of redundant, he'll say what she's about to say in a second anyway.
For Alfred, I'd actually kind of appreciate it if the whole Batman thing could be kept on the down low for the moment, although I think I may end up changing my mind about it later.
As for Major, here's something you can play with: The whole of his airship has a barrier set up around it that blocks telepathy of all kinds. It's a dead zone, in other words.
Canonly, Clow has spells up around him at all times to prevent just this sort of thing. So, probably all you'd hear from him is just a reflection of whatever's around him - I imagine the shields to be more mirror-like and tending to scatter incoming signals than dead-zones that just don't send anything back.
Per canon it would seem that Jack is just a dead zone when it comes to psychic and telepathic ability. Probably due to his having died and been brought back. :)
Three of mine (Kurama banditfox, D favored-son and Felix scarredsight) should be able to block her from their minds/moods. The other three either can't (Niko cal-sitter, Billy wolfspecialist) or might not be as effective (Henry stokerwasahack). Really, it's best to just take it on a case-by-case basis if they run into River. :)
