Hal Jordan always looked like he was older than many of the other heroes. Probably because he already had done time in the USAF and then time working as a test pilot. I'm sure for demographic reasons they have to have him younger, but he really needs to be in his early 30's. I mean, go to college, get a degree, join USAF, do time there, then go work for Ferris.
To bad we don't have any air wars of late. The animated JLA movie pegged him right to be a Korean War vet considering that was about the last time USAF saw any serious air-to-air combat.
I like JT. He sings, he dances, he's not too intimidatingly masculine.
But, seriously? It's not okay. Just off the top of my head I'd think of, I dunno, Bradley Cooper? Um... give Jude Law some steroids and he could do it. Maybe James Franco, but just because he should be in everything. One of the Owens?
Point is, if you're just going to grab a name out of a hat, and that name is JT, it should be thrown out for any other random name.
