In the car I generally listen to homemade Mix CDs culled from my music collection. When making these, I usually very carefully select what goes on them. Decided in a fit of boredom/sickness this weekend to just put my mp3 player on random and make a CD out of whatever it picked. If there was a song that was already on a mix currently in my car,

I was able to make it to the last 45 minutes of the show ~ very mellow yet entranced crowd. I'd never heard of Physics before. I'm glad that I had the priviledge of such an intimate (and FREE) setting for my first taste. From what I saw, they are darned awesome! I tend to resonate with the music made by people I think I'd like to know. I want to discuss quantum physics with these guys, even if it ends up illustrating how ignorant I am of the subject!

HINT: I don't really want gifts for xmas since I can't afford to buy for others, but if some tall, hunky guy would like to burn a copy of the album he picked up last night, well then, I could hardly argue with that. =0)

this experiment inspired dread. i have been known to steal entire iPods of mp3s from coworkers and sort through them later. which means i have an awful lot of crap waiting to be deleted. of these 20 songs, i have never heard eight of them. turns out the jawbox track is incomplete. that goes in the trash. so does the god awful techno (or whatever genre it is) of blame. i really need to clean up my music library
