So it's approximately 36 hours since the Century 21 people have informed me that I must move out of this apartment. The stroke of 9 AM on the 28th of April after a night of heavy rain. So. Today at about four o'clock I received a phone call from the realty company. Apparently, the new owners of the building I live in have decided to remodel and kick out all of the tenants. So, say somebody ran a circus. It's much the same as a normal circus that we know, with a twist. Instead of the animals performing the usual tricks, they are simply brought out to the center of the ring. My windows are open and the waves are very loud tonight.

For all of my life, since I was twenty, I could be classified, officially, as a stoner. Unlike most of that breed, I cannot roll a joint to save my life. I am primarily a pipe smoker. So yesterday I was consumed by despair. I was wallowing on my couch just to let the History Channel wash over me and take it all away.
