DO NOT stress about things that you can't change,
you need to act in your own best interest at least some of the time, and put your own emotional stability as your top priority
dont get into a cycle of not eating, i did it last year, and it'll just ending up causing more undue stress. force yourself to eat something, soup, bread, crackers, fruit, anything small, just so you dont let your body get used to not eating.
set aside time to go outside and breathe and rest and be alone.
im going to ask my friend trish (who went to slu) to let me know sn's and such of her friends there, so if they visit here or she goes there one of us can tag along
