And sympathies over the scooter upset.
I had the impression that Colleen could walk some and uses the scooter to preserve spoons. Would it be helpful to have her walk the scooter in such places? She could lean on it for support, perhaps use its own engine to gently power its weight up the incline, but if she weren't actually *in* it, its center of gravity would be much lower and it would be less inclined to tip?
Not being there, of course, I can't see what went wrong so if this is a silly idea, I apologize.

The place where tipping is a real hazard is turning around on a slope -- which of course is what we had to do to get down from there. It was especially tricky because I had backed her down so that one rear wheel was against the wall.
