Ok, so I get back in from a barbecue at about 11 last night to find my laptop has crashed. this is a rare occurrence to say the least, so I turn it off and start it up again. I get an interesting error message about the machine being docked but there being no AC power present. I look at the power brick and sure enough its little green light is off
