I was really afraid that there would be a major break-up at the end, and they would have to start again, if that even would have been possible.
But this is a very lovely outcome - and they both get what they want. I like that John is able to understand why Rodney acted the way he acted, and I love the way Rodney is asking for forgiveness and putting his heart into John's hand. Just the right amount of romantic I need from time to time! *g*

Yes, Rodney putting his heart in John's hand just fit the harlequin roots of this fic. It's all a bit over the top, but their love is always real to me :)
