Oh, this is lovely. I love the way the story unfolds, the way you give us peeks into what's happening here. John's sorrow. Rodney coming through. And Elizabeth's "Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to Atlantis" made me all sniffly!

Aw, lovely. It was a great way to tell the story, through Sheppard's annoyed correspondence and then a great happy ending. :D

I really love the idea of them setting up a new Atlantis. The emails and letters were great - I felt like I couldn't read fast enough waiting to find out exactly what had happened and how it was going to end. I was kind of worried Rodney wasn't going to show, so the happy ending was doubly good for being a bit of a surprise :)
