you'll have to start writing everything down on your arm and hope you get it done before it washes off in the pool - LOL!

That's alot to remember - keep up the good work.

Hhmmm, I didn't realise you went THAT eary to the Y to get your swimming done. You must be crazy - LOL!

LOL!

I am crazy. But remember, I have been waking up that early all summer anyway. Plus, doing the active stuff in the morning gives me more time to recover for the rest of my day, and I (supposedly) have more energy in the morning anyway. I don't feel like I have more energy, but that's the rumour. :)

I am NOT going swimming this morning though. I know I over did it yesterday. I'm gonna put on some music and do some yoga-ish stuff to stretch and work some different muscles. I don't have a cape and tights, so I have to stop thinking I'm superwoman! LOL!

pshaw. This is depressing, but I am trying to be sensible. I used to do 20 laps of a 50 yard (Olympic size pool) a session with no problem. This pool is only 25 yards, so I feel like I'm even more broken down than I am. However, it's good to be doing SOMETHING good for my body and not falling over dead or in pain right away. I'm taking it slow and will stick with it as long as I can (finances being part of the equation, and then scheduling when I get a job). One step at a time, right sista? I have to remind myself that it's been about 15 years since I swam regularly!
