This week's swim goals

Since I have been progressing a little faster than I thought I would, I guess I can up the goals. But I NEED to remember not to push TOO hard or I'm gonna crash.

Day 5: 2 laps each free, back, breast. 1 lap rescue (1 arm) side. 90 seconds tread; 60 second Seal style and 30 seconds regular. 24 pull ups (12 each over/underhand).

Day 6: 2 laps each free, back, side (1 rescue and 1 regular). 1 lap breast. 2 minutes treading, split Seal and regular. 24 pull ups as usual.

Day 7: 2 laps each stroke. 2 minutes treading, 26 pull ups. 1 lap with kickboard, side stroke kick, alternate Left and Right.

Day 8: (on the off chance I go 4 times this week): 2 laps each stroke. 2.5 minutes treading. 26 pull ups. 2 laps with kickboard; 1 side and one breast.

What are the chances I'm even going to REMEMBER these goals when I stumble out the door at 6:30AM each day? LMAO!
