I have been notably absent, and perhaps absent minded as of late. I can barely bother with things I used to hold dear. And no, this is some suicidal depression talking, I just happened to actually remember that I have a life in the real world. It also does not help that in TV land, many of TPTB have started writing like schizo 4 year olds let loose

Nice to see you check in - I totally hear you on the real life thing. Granted, I still find plenty of time to waste on LJ and elsewhere on the internet, but TV is becoming less and less of a pleasant escape and more and more of a festering shithole.

Festering shithole is a nice and apt descriptor! But the want online has really gotten out of control, not just on Talk, but on FF (why I still go there...) about OCs of all things! But, I still find you entertaining! Happy paper arting.

Long time no see! Good to hear real life is going strong for ya! To me, Real Life > TV any day.

I hear you on the wank problem; it's why I permanently left TalkCSI and have stayed solely on my LJ. As for fanfiction, I'm pretty sure the D/F fandom is fine as ever, and actually growing. :) Don't know about fanfiction since I haven't read any in ages, but I'm writing a D/F prison AU story right now, so there'll be at least one new D/F story soon. *lol*

Yeah, I can't even tell you the last time I went to talk other than to follow a post from faylinn. Glad to here D/F is still alive and well, and I can't wait for some prison story!
