Oh, I saw Crimson Peak and I loved it! All that gorgeous, heavy Gothic scenery - I loved that scary castle with it's own climate, BTW! - and all those secrets and passion wrapped under the veil of purity... what's not to like!
I'm glad you had a nice party and I hope you're no longer so severely overworked! :)

It was good, wasn't it? Very haunting.

Work is still taking up far more time and energy than I would like, but I believe in 6 hour days or four day weeks. Unfortunately I live in the UK and not Sweden...

It's a really good film. Guillermo del Toro does not disappoint.

Ooh, Patti Smith did the same Horses concert on the festival I attended this summer, and she was absolutely brilliant! I bet the Roundhouse was a perfect venue for her.

Kind of want to see Crimson Peak, but not too fond of scary films. Although I did love Pan's Labyrinth, so. Was it very scary? Looks stunning.

Patti is so great, isn't she? So genuine and real. She rambled and said all sorts of weird and cool stuff. And she tried to incite us to continue the revolution.

Crimson Peak was not super scary but I found it scary at point. The ghosts were both creepy and scary, and did tend to jump out at you. But it is a great film. Beautiful sets and photography.
