I'm so glad you got it, sometimes it's best to be honest and to set a right price for yourself! I also once went to ask for a promotion that was promised to me a long time ago and the manager at the time started fidgeting as if "bad time" "no resources", so at that time I told him - You know how it is with people who are unhappy: the either work shit or they go elsewhere. I got my promotion papers waiting for me next day, but honestly, I was so pissed off that I spent an entire day after the talk with the manager looking over the internet for a new job (well aware that they are monitoring our activities, I just didn't give a damn anymore), I was totally ready to leave!
So for a while you'll be a very busy lady, but I hope they shower you in money and that there's a hot co-worker or so, to chase the potential boredom away, LOL! :)

Its four weeks, but I had some holiday time I hadn't taken I wanted to take at the end of it to shorten it. Hopefully after saturday the 3rd I'm free!
