1. So today we had two real estate agents come to see the flat and tomorrow we are having a third. The lawyers say three estimates are needed of the flat's value to be able to calculate my gran's estate. Even though this is a bad time of year to sell, the flat is in prime location in Enfield and flats here usually sell like hotcakes. With all the ( Read more... )

I like blue/turquoise for Allison, but I keep thinking grey/silver would be nice. Maybe just because of the word "Argent" :D

I know! The dove grey colour I used for the SHIELD scarves first came to mind.

But I have none left, and going all the way to Goldhawke road for fabric is a lot of trouble.

1 Wouldn't you want to stay in her apartment?

2 Uh, I'm conflicted. If I were the woman I wouldn't have taken the cut, because you translating for her could've cost her a lot of money, too! But meh, I guess people will always be people...

3 Sorry, can't help here. I've never watched Teen Wolf! ;)

4 Hit me up when you're making thicker A4 notebooks! I could really use them for my University! A5 will do too, depending on the page count.

5 Good idea! Go you!

1. I can't stay in the apartment. The family is selling it.

2. Well, this woman is pretty broke, and I think this is one of the ways she makes a living. She is the one who put me in contact with this other woman. I'm pretty sure she has a whole host of other people she does the same thing for and takes a cut too. I'm not too fussed, because I'm happy with my agreed upon hourly wage. Plus I am not a qualified interpreter, nor do I plan on doing it as a proper job.

4. I don't know if I'll do bigger and thicker notebooks or not. The thicker, the more effort on my part and the more I will have to sell them for. And I don't know how many people will buy if they are very expensive. No one has bought my attempt at hard-cover notebooks.

I would. And I'm in your shop all the time. I saw the notebooks. The only reason I haven't bought one yet is because they're too small for me. I have one doctor who notebook lying around from you. I love it so much! I put tiny notes and should-not-forgets or to-dos in there. But I'd love some bigger ones to use in school etc. Maybe do a poll or something? Because I'll keep bugging you till you start making them! :D

Oh, and what about planners/ diaries? :D I could use a Harry Potter one!
