Christmas Eve at last. Soon it will all be over. As you can sense, I am not looking forward to tomorrow. Instead of spending christmas day with the family I care about, I am spending it with the family I barely tolerate. Would it be rude if I brought a book to have something to do

I discovered that doing a loop stitch on felt is so much easier than normal sewing!

My parents are back in Greece, and my sister is on the other side of London and there is no public transport today, or else I would have gone over to be with her.

My other relatives will come to pick up my gran for their big christmas dinner. If I was to say I wanted to stay at home alone, it would come across as horribly rude. In any case it wasn't so bad.
