Tatari powers are the ability to create things from people's imaginations, essentially, what they fear. For example, she was able to 'summon' Nanaya Shiki because he is the fear that Tohno Shiki has of being a killer. If you were afraid of ghosts she'd summon a huge ghost to chase you around. You get the picture. (I'll have a permissions post about this, no worries.)
Len will be losing her memories spent living with Nanaya (and falling in love with him) which are likely a half a year long. She'll remember being killed by and forming a contract with him but everything after that is months spent being a good Mayfield daughter.
If this isn't enough she can lose one of her eyes as well.*
