So I just found out a few days ago that my brother is not in remission.

They biopsied one of his lymph nodes, and the results were not good.  He has a surgical consult on Monday, to schedule a big bad surgery in which they basically cut him open from ribcage to groin, root around in his innards, and remove all his lymph nodes.  Then, depending on ( Read more... )

Went to see the movie Ray over the weekend. I highly recommend it. There are parts that are a bit slow, but it's a great story, with fantastic music, and brilliant acting.
