Like they say in one of the articles: Someone should tell this guy to stop digging when you already are in the hole. This guy brings to my mind some 3-year-old in a candy shop yelling how he wants something, yes he wants it and how he has no intentions to stop. He is like a broken record that plays the same section over and over again. Record stays on... it stays on... and on... Geez. 0_o Growing up seems to be too hard for some people. Unfortunately.
Gah, Keith Olbermann is such an ass. And, like, I knew that before. But c'mon. And yes, he reminds me of nothing so much as petulant kid who didn't get his way and doesn't understand why the mean adults won't stop frowning at his bad behavior.
I know, for serious. Like, you can't pick and choose when to stand by rape victims and when to not to do that. You do it all the time or you aren't ACTUALLY WHAT YOU THINK YOU ARE. Gah. It kills me. I have slightly more understanding for people who have never heard about rape culture or tried to understand what it takes to make the world better for women and victims of sexual abuse--they just need to be educated, and sometimes that's a really long and hard process. But what do you do when the education doesn't work? Are there remedial courses? Can we mandate them? Gah.
