So when you are sick and unable to move quickly, you notice just how fast everyone else moves.

Do you think that our mutual lack of respect for everything around us is due to our rushing through life? Our lack of respect for the people around us, for each other, for ourselves, for our home, for everything.

Hm. A little before you made this post I saw you on the stairs. You were looking a little sickly, and I ran by really fast without stopping to talk. I am not sure if that is what spurred this post, but just in case, I feel the need to defend myself. I actually had a really good reason to be running. When I passed by you I felt bad for not stopping, but I had a friend in real need to be running to. I just didn't want you to think I didn't care enough to stop and talk to you. In normal circumstances I would have. At that moment, however, I had some protective instincts kicking in, and wasn't about to stop until I got where I was going. no it wasn't you, but thank you. It was just that that day all i saw was people running to things, it was just a runny type of day i guess
