Premade Hoods Downloads Page (01)
All Premade Maxis sims from all three base game hood are here for download. (controllable sims only, for now). There's one zip files per household, containing one sim2pack per sims. These are cleaned clones and they do not contain any other information. Stats and details will be updated over time, along with the rest of the hoods.

If you are trying to restore you maxis hoods in full: new copies of each hood can be found on you game installation directory. Most probably (depending on installation and system)
C:\Program Files\EA Games\The Sims 2\TSData\Res\UserData\neighborhoods
Simply copy (DO NOT CUT!) the folders there and paste them on the game directory
C:\Users\[yourname]\Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods
The base game hoods are: N001-Pleasantview // N002-Strangetown / / N003-Veronaville
Make sure you don't have other hood folder with the same number, and DO NOT OVERWRITE. Delete (backup if needed) the old hood before copying the new one.
