The movers I hired a month ago wanted me to pay half up front and half on delivery. I accepted their terms, but when they came to pick up my stuff, their hand-held credit card machine couldn't get signal. So after trying a few times and calling their merchant account provider people, they did the transaction over the phone and took an imprint
