The Simpsons was really frustrating. It's the first episode in a long time where I wasn't watching the clock and it ends right in the middle of the story! Lame.

For the Birds is my second favorite after Jack-Jack Attack. That's why I gave it *****. The commentary is really good. It gives the names to the four birds at the beginning (although I forget them now). Get this set!

I love Bert and Ernie but that lady with the hat really got on my nerves. The first At the Movies was better but at the same time Ernie was being a stinker. There were a LOT of "At the Movies" shorts on the show so I'm sure there will be others I like more on the next set.

Simpsons - Agreed, although I'd lower the ranking a little more because I'm finally fed up with musical montages ( ... )

The Simpsons: I don't even remember there being a musical montage. It must have left a big impression on me. :P ( ... )

Homer was eating while Duran Duran's "Hungry Like the Wolf" played. It didn't go on as long as some of the others have, but still, so unnecessary.

The only way they could've put Jack-Jack in the theatres was right after the movie, and it would've been weird after just seeing Syndrome die, and it would've also looked like a collection of deleted scenes or something. I'm glad there was some distance from the movie. Mr. Incredible and Pals made me laugh so hard tears came out my eyes.

I'd like to see that kind of ending for Smallville, but I think they might be a little spineless about showing an actual Superman suit (or Clark in it). I want to have either the suit or him deciding to call himself Superman, but I'm not holding out hope for the entire package.

Amy Adams is cute. I didn't even realize I'd seen her in so many things like Smallville, Buffy, and the Office before.

I always thought they'd kill of Chloe, but they may not, especially since they're finally getting around to putting her into mainstream DC continuity.

The Simpsons: Ah, I remember that now.

Jack-Jack Attack: True. I loved Mr Incredible and Pals SO much. It's even funnier with the commentary on.

Smallville: How about both?

Craving: Who did she play on Buffy?

Crush: Please give details about putting her in DC continuity.

The one from LoSH appears to be brand new in terms of origin but appearance, a combination of both versions from the comics.

1) 70's (Pre- Crisis)

A young bank robber named Toby Manning (more closer related to JLU version) is kidnapped by an alien called the Collector in the late 1800's. It felt guilty since it accidentally killed Manning's father. The Collector raised him and equipped him with several high tech weapons and a flying horse named Nova. In the 20th century, Manning returns to Earth and becomes a super villain with motifs of the Old West. He was created to be the new rogue in Superman's somewhat limited gallery of super villains.

2) 90's (Post Crisis)

An environmental terrorist (Poison Ivy and Ra's al Ghul are often labeled this as well) that dresses like an Old West bandit but wears body armor that lets him generate tornadoes, force blasts and super strength. He also has a robot gang. What's he trying to protect with violence? Animals.

No problem.

I haven't seen it yet and read the threads after getting impatient.

I missed it the first time it aired and I'm glad I avoided spoilers. There were lots of twists and turns that I'm glad I didn't see coming.
