I loved this chapter because it really helped me visualize how these two embody 'irresistible force meets immovable object.' I see Spock as rock (it rhymes:) and McCoy as the wind that eventually changes the rock - it may take a millennia, but the wind is constant in it's attentions and never goes away . . . this 'wind' can definitely out stubborn this particular 'rock.'

They are so sweet! I can really see how Spock might think that McCoy is a pain in the ass - but I think it might be in a good way. I love how you also make us see McCoy's point of view - giving up is clearly not an option.
