Did said delivery van have a brand name on the side? You could complain. I have no idea whether that does any good though. Also, the police have forms you can fill out to report bad driving IIRC.

Heh. Yesterday, along one of the worst streets to drive down in our city (because of cars parked and people everywhere) this woman was driving a convertable mazda and doing a crossword. Whilst veering across both lanes. Why would ANYONE think thats a good idea?

Well. I'm sure that books are, indeed, a bad thing to write. However, poetry is a different story. I have also edited films while driving.
