I started my new job today... it is at a call centre, inbound thankfully. What it is is dealing with account activations and billing enquiries for Telstra Big Pond. My huge project at TAFE is experiencing headaches at the moment because of the client. First of all we had a huge bottleneck cause the client was 2 months late getting the database design finalised - our stuff is an extension of a current db so that was kinda important. Trying to figure out how to do image manipulation in Java, not the easiest thing in the world - i tried rotating an image and writing it to a file, but it came out with a rotated black square with the rest of the picture being peach. Yesterday I finally got back my credit check (which said a whole two things) so today I went into the city and paid for and put in the application for my gaming licence.
