Dear everyone who STILL, in 2021-2022, either genuinely gets mad at fictional characters for not social distancing or not wearing masks, or still thinks it's funny to make jokes implying that you are:

Please stop ruining my enjoyment of everything. Please stop ruining videos that I would otherwise enjoy such as this one by posting your unfunny jokes

As someone who wears masks when she goes out all the time, I do not get mad or wish someone dead when I don't see them wearing masks. I know it's a choice and if you don't want to that's okay. I wear mine and you don't, that's cool :) I'm sorry you get unkind words or looks when you don't wear a mask. People can be ridiculous.

It's been a while since I ever got any unkind words or looks about it... it's just that I have so much anxiety about all the times that I did get unkind words about it, or heard someone else be rude to someone about it. Even my anxiety about it is generally less than it used to be - this entry just happened to be written during one of my panic attacks.

These days I just find it upsetting that people still think it's funny to make jokes about the pandemic (especially in the comments of videos I otherwise would've enjoyed)... they weren't funny before because it was already impossible to take my mind off the pandemic, and they're not funny now because they remind me of that traumatizing era when it was impossible to take my mind off the pandemic

I completely understand! It's been definitely a quite difficult two years. And some people deal with this pandemic in many different ways unfortunately. And it's really hard to practice safe distancing right now. There's this way too many people on this planet. I do wish some people would think before they speak or joke. I'm sorry you deal with these things and they're so hard on me. Just keep your head up buddy :)

I kinda wish there were more sane people. Or fewer people who jokingly get mad like this. :(
