Thankful

I just typed up a huge work rant, but I think I’ll hold off on posting it.

That is what I love about writing; it is so therapeutic for me. Almost all of my IRL friends ask how I can enjoy writing, it’s so ‘boring’ …and I just gawk at them. Writing is my escape. I can come on here and just rage with my words and after it’s all out of my system, I ( Read more... )

That's the best post I have read all day! You chose to write positive instead of work drama..I wish I could do that as easily!
I have just started on my book. Its not at all that good, kinda disappointed in it already. Think I should take a creative writing class!

A scene should start late, meaning that you don't want to bore people with long intervals between the interesting parts. Jump into the part of the scene you want to write. A transition may occur to you later. Or, maybe the abrupt intro works best for what's next.
