I want an IPhone. How do I get one? What is the least amount of cash dollars I have to pay?

It's my understanding that even employees of the company itself don't get any discounts on iphones until 6 months after the release. I guess it's possible that educational or corporate discounts are available already, but I haven't looked into it. In general, I think that they've done everything that they can to make these full price until they're less new, mysterious, and exciting.

It has been a strange process trying to get work by for itself the phones it needs. I think if I pick one GSM phone as a personal phone, and ask for it, I can probably get it.

Looks like the Ipod touch will do. I think I'm going to use a blackberry curve, with the hotspot at home, as my personal phone.
