So, that KoHIT thing...

So then. In 2002, I got an email from an obvious loon I'd never met. If he organised a warlord_ccg event in a climbing hall[4] in his home town, would I be interested in attending and bringing friends? Where's his hometown? Muenster, Westphalia (that would be as in 'Treaty of', possibly one of the most significant documents in, oh, world history?). I ( Read more... )

friends, jennie, travel, kohit, warlord ccg, germany, games

£35 return flight, cheap train ticket to STN, hotel room at £50EUR p/n which can be shared 4 ways. It's doable even on no money at all.

But I can get you'd rather save the money for other things.

Is the Vince that you speak of very tall, does Maelstrom, works for GCHQ? Surely there can only be the one Vince seeeeeeriously into Warlord events? I think I know him through an entirely different circle of friends. He is the_prince on here, although he posts about once every two years...

Um. A very quick scan of his front page reveals the answer to be yes, definitely. This'd be his account of the first time, and he's mentioned it a few times since.

Weird, had absolutely no clue he was on here, although it seems Laurence did. Danke.

Bit of both? Besides, it is different, and I don't think I could compare.

Um Air Belin flight. Fair: 1EUR. Taxes and charged:32 EUR.

62EUR total per person return. That's 35 quid. That's cheaper than a return by train to yours. That's wrong. Cool, but wrong.

2 decks? You're assuming I'm not going to be providing Alice with one? I'll make sure that I've got some user friendly decks with me, but I'm leaving the teaching onus to you. Just remember that Alice reckons a low cut top is worth an average of a win and a draw over a seven round tournament.

Let me know when you book flights, I'll probably look at getting on the same plane as you. That's assuming you catch it, of course.

Jennie appreciates the advice, and is thinking of bringing her corsets...

I guess I might have a dig through the forums and see what people are playing.

Need to figure out when we can travel-I'd like to go Thurs, but it'll likely need to be Fri.
