Thousands of miles of mountain ranges, deserts, prairie and forest between and Dad still finds a way to provide me with cheese from Pike Place. I'm sure that says something really profound about the father-daughter relationship in our family, but I'm really not sure what.

Ok, so I finally locate and get to the local equivalent of PCC. It's a lovely little store, excellent bread and cheese selection, and very nice pasta selection too. But, and please remember that this is southwest virginia, the only types of instant soups they have are Thai.
