Ok, so I finally locate and get to the local equivalent of PCC. It's a lovely little store, excellent bread and cheese selection, and very nice pasta selection too. But, and please remember that this is southwest virginia, the only types of instant soups they have are Thai. Not that I'm complaining, Thai soups are quite tasty, all I want to know is:

WHY? Of all the entirely unexpected types of instant soup to find in a food co-op in southwest virginia...
