Bore us? I love your updates, and I'm so happy for you. I'm convinced that when the house project to-do list goes away, that's when we die. :) I'm trying to get re-motivated too. I feel so close to being at a spot where I can hang out for awhile and save (and just tend to the maintenance, which is a whole list within itself! It's also what seems to always keep me from being able to save!) You give much, and you deserve many good things in life! *hugs*
