Oh yeah she's right there when it's sunshine and roses but when the stress is on and it's a miserable grey freezing nightmare outside, she skips town. Well screw off Sarah Tonin. I'll be fine. The cold does a number on me and just saps my energy and that always triggers depressive episodes. I'm not at dangerous levels or anything. If I'm making jokes about Sarah Tonin then I'm not that far gone. XP

I got it, but it took me a second. I was literally staring at this posting, thinking, "Holy crap, did you just call out your boss/coworker by name on an unlocked post?" Then I wondered if you actually meant Sarah Palin, then I figured it out. Yeah, a lot went through my head in he course of second.

Haha and awww thanks. I'll be fine. Depressive episodes aren't that bad once you know you're going through them. I learned a long time ago to ask myself, "Is there a reason for you to be sad and listless?" If I have one then I can just deal with the actual problem and get through it. If the answer is no then it's just the depression and I take it easy and do things I enjoy that don't take too much energy and I don't beat myself up too much. These episodes pass.
