I think I vicariously feel your pain. I'm going to upgrade my desktop box at some point this year (because Fallout 4, oh and ME:A), but I'm not looking forward to hacking ME3 to get FlyCam again, because that was a bit of a mission.

FWIW, I've tended to have a softness for the Sole Survivor / Adept OR Engineer combinations.

Having played as many origin combinations as possible, I have to say, they just add a small amount of flavor and don't really... MAKE Shepard any different from how she is in-game. That's what HEADCANON is for.

That said, I prefer the very breakabe Colonist/Sole Survivor psych profile, because I love torturing my characters and watching them come back as fucking badass. XD (Then again, I get heavily invested in making a metric ton of backstory, so all my Sheps aren't identical and I still don't know how I managed to pull that off.)
