No problem =P

I actually agree with Spike TV's choice of GOTY over GameInformer's, it must be an especially cold day in hell.

Never thought I'd see the day when a Telltale game won the VGAs GOTY O_o

I still get pissed when people try to downplay the ending controversy. I mean ffs, there was $80,000 raised for charity to protest it! Why do we have to beat around the bush with this?!

Grah.

"All of your choices in the Mass Effect series over the last five years led to this thrilling culmination of Commander Shepard's actions."

Thanks for these! I admit, I was surprised when I heard ME3 was #1. Between the back cover and these scans, I love the loads of FemShep representation though ;)

" Worst of all, the studio never tried to make a case for its original ending"

That's what really bothers me. And to this day they still haven't explained the ending. I just want to understand their reasoning and why all of us ending dislikers have it wrong. If anything, the complete silence says more than any explanation they could give at this point (/conspiracies).

With the EC and Leviathan I think they've explained the ending enough. They took a risk with a last minute revelation but people didn't like it: that's not an easy thing to predict. They could talk about what they tried to convey or whatever but I doubt that'd change anyone's minds about the game.

Oh yeah, I agree, that the EC and Lev explained and clarified the ending enough - I probably didn't phrase that well enough in my previous comment. I think it would be great if they told us more of their motives and what they wanted to convey with these endings. I have my interpretations and theories, of course, but I always like hearing these things from the creators themselves too. That's what I don't think they've talked enough about. On the other hand, I suppose they could just like the ambiguity of it all. Hmm.

If the Final Hours is ever updated we may hear more about how they came to choose the ending. As it is the closest thing we have to an insight on their train of thought is the lots of speculations from everyone doodle.
