I'm here for another three hours thanks to my alarm-clock FAIL and resulting late arrival to work--so I'm taking a break to share music and remark on PR.

Yeah, the designers don't like them to do much of anything in the regular garments because they fit so glove-like standing up that sitting or too much movement = FAIL. But the newspaper one was especially intense. I don't know how much footage I logged of them standing, complaining and asking for tape. Poor kids!

jordana so didn't deserve to be there, and chris really should have won. i think the trench coat was actually well done, and looked nice, but it def. wasn't new, fresh, or innovative. as tim said, a rain coat had been done before (more than once), so the judges comments as far as originality i feel were WRONG. chris put a lot of work into that, and they even said they'd never seen anything done like that before (at least about the bodice, which, honestly, i want... i would wear that. if i could find out how he made it, i would attempt to make one too.)
