OoOo...two equally awesome ideas. My personal advice? Try writing both. Outline both (cuz you should expand them, even if only one will be for NaNoWriMo, you can always write the other one later), and see if that gets one to jump out more than the other. Or, write the first page of both on Day 1, and see which feels more comfortable. :)

Good idea, I think I'll give that a try. I'll post how that goes.

At this point, yes. Though I'm up in North County, so get togethers will be more constrained (wish I could write in the car while driving...hrmmm). ;)

I actually have a couple of friends out in Ramona that are going to participate in this. I've been thinking of asking them if we could do a get together at her house with some other WriMos. If that works out, I'll let you know. I'm trying to get a laptop from work for NaNo.
