Figured you'd like that. Instead of a 2 million dollar warning net, the countries should just maintain a vigil of 10 year olds watching the shores at all times.

А если бы это была русская девочка, подозреваю, что родители бы ей не поверили а послали бы ее подальше, чтобы не мешала.

это от родителей по-моему зависит, а не от их национальности...
