I was driving home with my mother tonight and she asked me who in my life I had genuinely loved. Before I spoke she said "besides Miles."

And I can't believe what came out of my mouth.

"Emmy, I think I've had one too many glasses of wine."

I made my mother this cake. It was delicous.
