What disturbs me the most? The sheer nightie, the 'smokin' hot' description, the bustier for 'ample breasts' - and this is supposed to be a fucking 12 year old? Holy shit - this isn't a Mary Sue. This is Mary fucking JAILBAIT. Jesus. What utter shit writing.

Oh thank GOD. I was about to start weeping for humanity. I may do so anyway based on the Sue-ness and the overall 'ugh, GOD'-ness of it all, but at least their are some limits this author didn't try to go through. ^^

I've actually seen this before over in the Bleach fandom. The girl was supposed to have a chest size just smaller then Matsumoto Rangiku, not to mention she was taller then the guy she was supposed to be paired up with. And... she was only eleven. Thankfully, this is not the case here. :)

I facepalmed at the stipperrific X-men uniform. Don't these Sues realise that if the others all wear full body suits, there must be a reason for that, like protecting you from debris during a fight? Unless your name is Emma Frost, no X-man dresses like that.

And I don't get why Prof X is making her an instructor right away just because she's had her powers longer. She even says herself she avoids large crowds because she gets telepathic feedback, blocking those would be the first thing to teach to a telepath so they can function in normal society. The fact she hasn't gone nuts yet or blown something up doesn't mean she as perfect control, or enough control to teach.
