Erika has regained her Detective's Authority!
This gives her the ability to...
A) Ask questions and get truthful replies.
B) Give orders regarding her crime scene that must be followed.

However, this ability is quite godmode-ish, so only applies to characters whose muns have agreed.

Situations Where She May Ask Questions:1) At a "crime scene" ( Read more... )

Hm. I am not sure what to do with Bernkastel regarding this power :o What do you think?

I don't know. It would mess with Erika's head if it worked on Bern, due to Mayfield changes. But Bern /is/ her master.

Maybe have it generally NOT work, but sometimes, randomly (when it's funny?), it does.

Not that we'd notice it often, Erika probably doesn't command or ask all that often, anyway.

I'm applying another character soon, for her it'll always work, so this isn't me trying to cop out or anything ^^ It's just a bit odd due to source of power and such xD

I don't mind the first ability for my characters, but the second one is way too god-mode.

You can ask personally about specific situations if you like, because I do like to enable others' characters to be played to their fullest, but I don't want to agree to something I'll regret. In the case of Horohoro, I'll probably agree to anything anyway.

Sounds good!

Usually her orders are just "Please don't touch that" or "Leave", if she feels the integrity of the scene is at risk.

Okay, stuff like that should be fine then!

With the new updates to her limitations, feel free to do whatever. :3

Ah, I have just one more question though: Since B is usually a liar this is pertinent sob XD Does her power mean that they have to tell the WHOLE truth, or would half truths suffice too?

It's not like Dlanor would disobey her anyway.........

Also, I'm okaying this for Cirno and Sion.

I'm gonna say this is okay for at least two of my characters,

Saber | arturia_pen
Arcueid | makemebreakfast

As far as Yuuka goes...I dunno. She's an ancient Youkai who lies CONSTANTLY...I'm not sure how well such a power would work on her.

How does it work? GIMMIE S'MORE INFO! :3

It's basically just a sort of magical power she got, because she is the detective. Because it'd be a pain if someone lied to the detective when you're trying to solve a mystery.

So she asks a question and gets the truth, so that it can be used as fact in mystery-solving.

On that note, she'd really only use it to collect evidence for mysteries. She's not interested in asking non-related questions just to embarrass you. Erika would rather you embarrassed yourself on your own.

Hmm...I guess I'd say that an ancient Youkai could have some resistance to this power.

So, it may or may not work on Yuuka...I suppose it'd be random. However, lets say it'll definitely work the first time she encounters it.
