*BIG GOOFY SMILE* I haven't even been near the fan you have been - are -, but I never stopped caring about Mulder and Scully, be it them together or solo. They are both so lovely characters with real human faults. I just couldn't bear certain aspects of the show anymore and at one point I had to stop cold turkey because I did not want to start hating it all together. Now I'd love to watch what I missed, I just still never want to watch the episode again which made me stop watching.

Plus, I love David and Gillian for keeping those characters true for all these years :)

Or you probably should.I personally think you shouldn't. Just treat it differently, maturer (obviously do not plaster your room with millions of posters about characters or collect every bit of merch there is, every little cutting out of a newspaper). And if need be let your inner fangirl out for a while. I don't know, the world is serious enough, there will be so many obstacles in life, why not get geeky once in a while, eh? There is always a time and a place (and ( ... )

If it wasn't ALL nonsense, then it's good, phew :)

Hehe! As I said you gotta lend it to me, or come by and watch it with me or I come by and watch it with you. You get the drift ;) Old loves are good!

I think I've read an interview somewhere where one of them wasn't sure he/she would be able to pull it off again. Awww! No worries for any of them, they were wonderful.

Obviously. That's exactly why I did not want to tell myself it was rather logical they would be, because then the disappointment would have been bigger. Instead they made it even better than I could have even imagined :D (And the first thing I thought was that Mulder would never have two candles like that on his table if he lives alone.)

*g* Amanda Peet probably got to that part of the script and thought "Shit! There my character goes!"

*squee*

Guh! The voice! It can still melt my knees to pudding in a matter of seconds.

did the press junkets this weekend, 10 hours a day of answering the same question and as i blabbed on and on i realized a couple things---this movie is really about the eternal balancing act of love and work, of passion for a goal or quest and passion for a man or woman----this is mulder and scully i'm talking about. this partnership plays out in a emotional way while they are tring to solve this freaky (my kids' word) mystery that may unravel and unravel them. the case pushes mulder away from scully but also toward her, love and work impossibly intertwined until a choice must be made. what is the choice? see the movie.

As if there ever was a question what the choice would be, Mr Duchovny. Tsk, silly man ;)

OMG I KNOW. It's - the way he says "the way she says my name" - it's just - AH *comes*

Heh. Just watching the bad cam version online - he actually uses a German term (auf einer wellenlänge) in his first scene.

Awwwww, still haven't checked out his blog. It's funny, cause so many people complain he's an arrogant bastard, but hey, so what? It's DAVID DUCHOVNY. EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

He should do readings!

Awww, hah.

If he is an arrogant bastard, then he surely hides it very well in his blog.
